Seeking respectful, creative, intelligent grad student or young professional for long-term sublet (preferably through May or longer) of a large semi-furnished room in a sunny apt. in Inwood, Manhattan.
Ideally late-twenties, early-thirties age, female preferred, but nice personality is the most important factor.
Located on Broadway, at 212th street, a 3-minute walk to 1 and A Trains.
12-minute train ride to Columbia University, 30minutes to ride to Penn Station.
Across the street from Inwood Hill Park, grocery 1 block away, organic market on Saturday mornings.
Large windows, kitchen, full bathroom.
Laundry in building.
Apt. share with 30-year-old vegan female Canadian violinist, doctorate violin student at Stony Brook University (Juilliard/Columbia alum), and 27-year-old male female American violinist from Juilliard.
Also share with two cats - respectful, funny, clean and as hypo-allergenic as they get.

Available for move-in March 4.

Rent is $750.mo including utilities and wireless internet. 2-month deposit required upon signing.
