I am a mature, friendly, responsable, respectful and clean female nurse. I have a large, sunny, clean and nicely furnished room for rent in one bedroom apt. Sunnyside is safe, clean and conviniently located only 15minutes train ride to TIMES SQUARE/GRAND CENTRAL ( only 5 stops) .Here you will find, restaurants,shops, supermarkets,gym, bars,pharmacy, 24hrs transportation and etc. I am located 15 minutes from LAGuardia Airport and 20-25 minutes form JFK Airport. I would like to host students and visitors. I work long hours therefore you will be alone most of the times. I provide breakfast items for you to serve yourself. I don't provide lunch or dinner but you are welcome to cook if you like. Also, the neighborhood offer a variety of afordable restaurants. A price of a meal here usually ranges from 15.00 to US25.00 in the restaurants and you can find good take out for less than US10.00. If these arrangements sounds good to you, please send me an email.
